Dr. Charles M. Kupperman
Charlie is a well known defense industry executive whose career spans The Boeing Company where he served as Vice President for Strategic Integration and Operations, Missile Defense Systems, Lockheed Martin where he served as Vice President for Space and Strategic Missiles Sectors, President and CEO of Xsirius Superconductivity, and as an executive at McDonnell Douglas.
Charlie has also had an extensive USG service having served as Special Assistant to the President for Administration under President Ronald Reagan, Executive Assistant to the Acting NASA Administrator, Executive Assistant to the Director of the Office of Personnel Management, and Executive Director of the General Advisory Committee on Arms Control and Disarmament.
Charlie is also well known in the world of think-tanks including serving on the Board of Directors of the Center for Security Policy, Advisor to Empower America, a Member of the Committee on the Present Danger, and as an Adjunct Professor at Missouri State University’s Department of Defense and Strategic Studies.
Charlie currently serves on the Board of Advisors to the National Institute for Public Policy (NIPP). He has a BA from Purdue University, a MA from the University of British Columbia, and a Ph.D. from University of Southern California and resides in New Hampshire.
